About Mensans For Mensans

The historic Omni William Penn Hotel in Pittsburgh will host American Mensa's Annual Gathering for five spectacular days next July. More than 600 of your fellow Mensans have already registered to enjoy programs and events designed especially for them. Plan now to join them and take part in all that the AMFM AG has to offer!

We hope yinz come to da Picksburg AG!

Pittsburgh has a unique accent referred to by the locals as Pittsburghese. The local dialect of English includes words like "yinz," "slippy" and "nebby," sounds like the vowel in "aht" (out) or "dahntahn" (downtown), and expressions like "n’at." If you're interested in blending into the Pittsburgh culture, try these exercises before you leave for the AG!
